Sony LYTIA new image sensors launching in China on 26th June

Whenever it comes to buying a new smartphone, most consumers look for a device that comes with amazing imaging capabilities, especially in today’s time and if you are someone who has a keen interest in photography then this will be the most important aspect you would look for.

Sony LYTIA- the brand name for Sony’s new line of image sensors designed for mobile devices. LYTIA sensors aim to offer high-quality photography and videography through advanced technologies. In the past few years, we have seen many smartphones launching with Sony LYTIA sensors used for either the main camera or secondary camera. The company is now going to introduce new imaging sensors in China on 26th June.

The name of the sensors or their features are still under wraps but the company has mentioned that the new image sensor products will bring a new creative imaging experience.

Last year, the company introduced its LYT-818 50MP CMOS image sensor. The sensor combines data from three gain settings to achieve its enhanced HDR capabilities. The sensor boasts a 1/1.28-inch size, 86dB dynamic range per frame, 0.95e- signal-to-noise ratio, real-time HDR preview, improved low-light performance, and power-efficient HDR imaging.
