In the last few months, we have heard news of price hikes for various smartphones, and this has started affecting the sales of smartphones in global as well as Indian markets. The recent price hikes are due to high demand for memory chips in the AI segment and a shortage of supplies.
Earlier, this situation affected the manufacturers, which in turn was carried down to the consumers as well. If reports are to be believed, this situation is expected to stretch into next year. Amidst this ongoing memory shortage and increasing prices, Vivo has increased the price of its Vivo X300 series device.
Last month, Vivo increased the price of Vivo X300 Pro by INR 10,000, and now it is Vivo X300 FE that has received a price hike.
