Samsung again extends deadline for its Green Line free screen replacement policy; Available only for Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 series
The green line issue on Samsung devices has been a long-discussed topic. Samsung users have been complaining about the green and pink line issue appearing on the display for no apparent reason, and there was no particular solution revealed to fix this issue, but last year, Samsung officially announced a free one-time display replacement for older Galaxy S-series devices affected by this issue.
Earlier this one time screen replacement benefit was available till 30th September, 2024, but later it was extended till 31st December, 2024. Samsung has now once again extended the claim period until 30th September, 2025 (via @tarunvats33).

As per the screengrab shared by the tipster, the brand has officially confirmed that its Green Line free screen replacement policy is available only for the Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy S21 series. It’s not sure whether the deadline for this policy will still be extended, so if you own an eligible Samsung device and are facing the Green line issue, then hurry and grab this offer.
Some of the terms and conditions that should be followed in order to be eligible for the benefit are:
- The device must not have any sort of physical damage or water damage.
- The customer must be the first owner of the device.
- The original invoice must be presented.
