Apple discontinues selected iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air models in the Indian market; Check out the names of the discontinued devices

Last month, we shared with you that after the launch of the iPhone 16e model, Apple discontinued three iPhones. This is a pattern that the company has been following for the past few years when a new Apple device is launched few older ones are discontinued.

Well, last week Apple unveiled quite a few devices in the global and Indian markets- new iPads, new MacBook Air, and new Mac Studio. As usual, after the arrival of these devices, Apple has discontinued selected iPad, MacBook Air, and Mac Studio from the Indian market.

Here is the list of Apple devices discontinued in India

iPad

Last week Apple officially launched its all-new 7th Gen iPad Air and 11th Gen iPad in global and Indian markets. After the launch of these devices, Apple discontinued the iPad M2 and 10th Gen iPad.

MacBook and Mac Studio

Apple has also launched its latest M4-powered MacBook Air laptop and Mac Studio with M4 Max and M3 Ultra chipsets. Following the launch of these devices, Apple has discontinued the M3-powered MacBook, M2-powered MacBook Air, and Mac Studio with M2 and M2 Ultra chips.

iPhone

As earlier also revealed, following the launch of the iPhone 16e, Apple has discontinued the iPhone SE (2022), iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus smartphones. The company is said to have discontinued these devices due to the EU mandate to sell only USB-C smartphones.
