As stated above, the Galaxy M47 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, and as per the chipset’s listed specifications, it supports LPDDR5 and LPDDR4X RAM options. Galaxy M47 5G – Amazon Listing
It is currently not clear whether the LPDDR5X RAM specification mentioned by Samsung and Amazon India is correct, whether the device uses a customized version of the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, or whether the memory specification has been incorrectly listed.
Whatever the case may be, Samsung should come forward and clarify whether the Galaxy M47 5G actually features LPDDR5X RAM or uses one of the memory technologies officially supported by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor.

At the time of writing this article, the brand has not shared any clarification regarding the same; however, it would be good if Samsung came forward to clear up the confusion soon.
