Season 3 of Halo Infinite has been delayed to 2023, co-op and the Forge mode also delayed

Halo Infinite’s upcoming season, which was originally scheduled to last three months, will now launch in March 2023 instead of the previously announced date of this May. Players of Halo Infinite are clamouring for new content, but the eagerly anticipated Forge beta has now been postponed and will now debut on November 8th in conjunction with the co-op mode.

Forge will enable Halo Infinite players to modify multiplayer levels and create new maps to share with other players. Forge was initially scheduled to launch in September. Leaks have revealed that Forge in Halo Infinite appears to be a lot of fun for players. It was extremely popular in prior Halo games. On November 8th, 343 Industries will release two brand-new multiplayer maps in conjunction with Forge. Both of these maps were created utilising the Forge editor.

When season 3 eventually debuts on March 7th, 2023, new maps will be added to Arena and Big Team Battle, and players will have access to a new equipment feature called shroud screen that allows them to blend into the background. A much-needed in-game reporting system will also be added to Halo Infinite so that players can quickly report cheaters.

Halo Infinite will face a significant test with Forge, especially in light of the game’s delayed launch and ongoing seasonal delays. The release of Halo Infinite last year sparked a lot of interest, but quickly that excitement gave way to criticism of the game’s aesthetics, the XP system, and its lack of content. These upcoming Halo Infinite updates seem to be addressing the criticism head-on. Just let’s hope they now show up on time.
