The Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max models arrive in Grey, White, Orange and Black colours. Both models feature a similar rear design. There is a circular camera module in the middle that houses camera sensors, and a circular LED flash is placed at the top-right corner of the smartphone. The power and volume buttons are placed on the right side, while the Pro Max also includes an additional button on the left edge.

The Vivo X500 comes in Sunny Day (white), Earth Echo (silver/grey), Dawn (pink) and Night Photography (black). The standard model features a different rear design than the Pro models. The circular camera unit is placed on the left side, within a rectangular camera module. On the right side of the module, there is an additional sensor and an LED flash.
