Ahead of the September 2nd launch of the Vivo T5 5G smartphone in India, the brand, as per its specification reveal schedule, has been sharing details concerning the device online. Now, some additional details about this upcoming smartphone have also been revealed via its updated Flipkart microsite.

Vivo T5 5G – Newly-Shared Camera and Software Details
About the camera specs that have been shared, the upcoming Vivo T5 5G smartphone is confirmed to feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. For selfies and video calls, the device will be offering a 32MP front-facing camera.
Moreover, the smartphone will support Multifocal Portrait mode, while both its front and rear cameras will be capable of recording videos in 4K resolution.
On the durability side, the Vivo T5 5G will come with IP68 and IP69-rated dust and water resistance. The device is also claimed to offer military-grade durability.

Coming to the software side, the upcoming smartphone will run on OriginOS, and it is confirmed to receive three generations of operating system upgrades and five years of security updates. The device will also be featuring AI Creation, which is said to rewrite, summarise, and expand notes into professional content.
Its AI Transcript Assist feature will be capable of converting audio into text in multiple languages. Furthermore, the Office Kit feature will enable synchronisation between the smartphone and a PC, while Shake & Share will allow users to quickly share photos, Live Photos, and videos across devices from different brands.
