Vivo has now officially confirmed that its upcoming Vivo S2 FE smartphone will launch alongside the Vivo V80 5G in India, following earlier rumours regarding the launch of both devices.

Vivo S2 FE India Launch
The Flipkart microsite has now gone live and reveals that the Vivo S2 FE will launch in India on October 6th, 2026 at 12 PM IST.
The microsite also shares a glimpse of the rear of the smartphone, showing two circular camera rings one above the other, along with an LED flash placed inside a square camera module with rounded corners.
Although the camera text is difficult to read, a 50MP camera marking appears to be visible after increasing the exposure of the image.
Currently, the microsite does not list the specifications of the smartphone, but with the launch date now confirmed, more details are expected to be revealed by the brand soon.
Previously, alleged hands-on images of the Vivo S2 FE had also surfaced online, with the About Phone section showing the Vivo S2 FE moniker and the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e octa-core processor.
Regarding the previously tipped specifications, the Vivo S2 FE could feature a 6.83″ 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, an in-display fingerprint sensor, LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
A 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor, while a 32MP front camera is expected.
On the battery side, the Vivo S2 FE could pack a 10,000mAh battery with support for 44W fast wired charging. IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance have also been tipped.
Regarding the pricing, the Vivo S2 FE is said to be priced under INR 40,000 in India.
