Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi will unveil its Redmi Note 17 5G smartphone tomorrow in India, and the microsite for this device has already been made live on mi.com and Amazon.
Ahead of tomorrow’s India launch, the company has shared some key details of the upcoming Redmi Note 17 5G.
Redmi Note 17 5G: Key details teased
The smartphone is already confirmed to be backed by an 8000 mAh battery, and it is claimed to offer 3+ days of usage. It features a TrueColour AMOLED display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 SoC and sports a 50MP AI dual camera. The smartphone arrives in three stylish colours: Green, Purple and Black.
Previous reports suggested that the Redmi Note 17 5G (Indian variant) will be the rebranded version of the POCO M8 Power 5G that launched yesterday in India, and now these newly teased details also hint towards the same. Although the devices do differ in terms of design.
