OPPO’s Pad Mini Matte Display Edition – Indian Launch Officially Teased
The OPPO Pad Mini Matte Display Edition has been teased through a marketing poster shared by the brand via its X handle with the tagline of ‘Mini Sized, Bold Ideas’. While the poster confirms that it is coming soon to India, an exact launch date has not been announced yet.
About the revealed details, the tablet features a matte display with a 2.5K resolution of 1680 × 2520 pixels and runs on ColorOS, though the exact version of ColorOS has not been mentioned. Additionally, a light purple/lavender colour option has been showcased, and an OPPO stylus can also be seen alongside the device.
Speaking more about its design, the OPPO Pad Mini Matte Display Edition appears similar to the model already available in the Chinese market and since the Chinese model does not offer cellular connectivity, the Indian variant could possibly follow the same approach, although the brand has not confirmed this yet.
Notably, we had previously spotted the device carrying the model number of ‘OPD2516’ on the Indian BIS certification database, and later on its moniker was confirmed through the Malaysian SIRIM listing, and the latest teaser has now officially confirmed its arrival in the country.
Alongside it, the OPPO Enco X4 flagship true wireless earbuds have also been teased for the Indian market; though similar to the Pad Mini, the launch its launch date is also yet to be announced, and more details about their availability are expected to be shared soon.
