Nothing Phone (4b) RCB Edition – Confirmed to be Available in Limited Quantity on July 7
Nothing’s Phone (4b) RCB Edition will be introduced as a special edition variant of the brand’s upcoming Phone (4b) smartphone, and as confirmed through the X post, it will be made available in limited quantity. The brand has also shared a small teaser of the smartphone, revealing a design that appears similar to that of the regular Phone (4b), but with a dark red rear panel that goes well with the color theme of the RCB (Royal Challengers Bengaluru) T20 cricket team.
About its design, the RCB Edition model can be seen featuring the same camera module placement as the regular Phone (4b), and just below the camera module, at the middle portion of the rear panel, the RCB logo is also present in a black shade. This further confirms that the smartphone will carry RCB-themed design elements, likely making it a collector-focused special edition model for fans of the cricket franchise.
Regarding its availability, the X post mentions that the Nothing Phone (4b) RCB Edition will be available on the 7th of July at 4 PM at the Nothing Store in Bengaluru. This could possibly mean that the device may only be limited to offline sales for now, however, as of now, we wouldn’t be commenting on it, as this is only the first teaser shared by the brand. More clarity regarding its online availability and pricing details can be expected in the coming days.
In related news, Nothing India’s Instagram account was also earlier seen posting selfie images of an RCB fan, which at first looked like a marketing gimmick from the brand. However, soon after this, a tipster claimed that a special edition variant of the Phone (4b) will be launching in India, and the latest confirmation from Nothing India now turns the previous rumor into an official update.
Speaking more, the Nothing Phone (4b) is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, as revealed via its Geekbench listing. To note, this is not fully confirmed yet, but Nothing has already hinted that a Snapdragon chipset will be equipped within the upcoming smartphone. More details regarding the specifications, pricing, and sale details of the Nothing Phone (4b) RCB Edition are still awaited.
Stay tuned for more updates.
