Tata Harrier EV final production model officially unveiled; Expected to launch soon

Tata Motors was said to launch the Harrier EV model this year and the automaker has showcased the upcoming EV previously as well. Recently Tata has officially showcased the final production model of Harrier EV. The EV model comes with a design similar to the ICE model but there are a few minor changes.

On the front it comes with a closed-off grille and connected LED DRLs, bumper has been redesigned with vertical slats. The alloy wheels are also redesigned with aero-specific covers. There is also an EV badge on the front doors. At the rear side, it features connected LED taillamps, along with a shark fin antenna and a roof-mounted rear spoiler.

Coming to the interior design, the dashboard of the EV model is similar to the standard Harrier model but the color theme is different. There are elements like dual displays and four-spoke steering wheel. Tata Harrier EV is said to debut the company’s acti.ev plus architecture that aims to blend performance, advanced technology, and an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system.

Tata has yet not officially revealed the specs and features of the Harrier EV but it is expected to arrive with some features similar to the standard Harrier model. The 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, multiple airbags, 360-degree camera, and level 2 ADAS are some of the expected features.

Tata Motors is expected to launch the Harrier EV soon in the market. The official launch date could be soon announced by the company.
