Coming to the interior, the 10.25-inch infotainment screen is now available from the Pure X trim. Higher up, it gets a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, multiple drive modes, front and rear USB ports and a cooled glove box. The top-spec Curvv gets a larger 12.3-inch infotainment screen, a 9-speaker JBL audio system, a six-way powered driver’s seat, ambient lighting, wireless charging and twin-zone climate control.
The Curvv boasts Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, cruise control, push-button start, auto-folding outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs), a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera setup with a blind-view monitor. Rain-sensing wipers and automatic headlamps. The cabin gets leatherette upholstery, while rear passengers get dedicated AC vents, a rear armrest and reclining rear seats.
Tata has used a 10mm slimmer front seat-back using shell foam, and moved the rear seat 20mm behind and 10mm lower, in order to improve the second-row seating experience. Safety features include: 6 airbags, ESP, hill-hold control, ABS with EBD, Level 2 ADAS and rear parking sensors.
There are three engine options: a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol producing 120hp and 170Nm, a 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol producing 125hp and 225Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel producing 118hp and 260Nm. The 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel are available with 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gear options, while the 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol is exclusive to the Accomplished X+ and is paired with the 7-speed DCA.
