Phase 1 has been made live, which focuses on making key spare parts available directly on the Ola app and website. This move will allow genuine parts to be purchased without intermediaries and affect 1 million Ola customers who will now have greater flexibility in choosing where to service their electric vehicles.
Subsequent phases during the quarter will introduce access to diagnostic tools and technician certification programs, allowing mechanics to become trained and certified on Ola vehicles independently. The direct-to-consumer model is expected to drive increased volume through Ola’s supply chain and reduce dependency on traditional dealer networks.
Ola’s Hyperservice platform is said to enhance convenience, reduce servicing costs, and build trust by offering complete transparency in parts and pricing. Meanwhile, the initiative opens new opportunities for India’s garage ecosystem. The service initiative also forms a key pillar of the company’s broader India Inside strategy.
