Bajaj Auto has today officially unveiled its Chetak 35 series in the Indian market. The scooters arrive in three variants- 3502, 3501 and 3503. These scooters arrive with major upgrades and a new TFT touchscreen. Let’s dive in to know all the details.
Bajaj Chetak 35 Series: Features & Pricing
The scooters are backed by a 3.5kWh battery that is located under the floorboard. The battery offers a high range of 153km. The scooter can be charged from 0-80% in three hours with the help of a 950W charger. The charger cable has its own compartment. With a real-world range of 125km and a claimed range of 153km, riders can cover long distances on a single charge. It uses a 4kW motor, the 3501 and 3502 models offer a 73kph top speed while the 3503 model offers a 63kph top speed.
This new Bajaj Chetak comes with a 35-litre boot, the wheelbase has gone up by 25mm to 1350mm and the seat is now loner by 80mm. The 3501 model arrives with a TFT display that allows the riders to accept or reject a call, control music, and receive real-time notifications directly on the display. The 3502 model features a 5-inch non-touchscreen TFT display. The scooter comes with Eco and sports modes.
The 3501 model is priced at Rs 1.27 lakh, the 3502 model is priced at Rs 1.20 lakh, and the 3503 model is priced at Rs 95k. All are ex-showroom prices. The series comes in Black, green, red, beige and Blue colors.
