The automaker Mahindra will be officially unveiling its next EV called XEV 9S on 27th November at the Scream Electric event in Bengaluru, India.

Mahindra XEV 9S is an authentic 7-seater Electric Origin SUV built on the advanced INGLO platform. The company has also shared the glimpses of this upcoming electric SUV.

The official teaser reveals brief glimpses of sleek LED daytime running lamps (DRLs) and triangular LED headlight units up front. The XEV 9S features the carmaker’s butterfly emblem. It sports a more conventional roofline, smoked effect for the tail lamps, and a redesigned bumper. This upcoming EV will get an openable panoramic sunroof. It features dark-themed design elements.
Mahindra revealed that the flat-floor design liberates generous cabin space, enabling clever flexibility like sliding second-row seats, ensuring every passenger enjoys first-class comfort. The INGLO skateboard architecture also gives the XEV 9S an inherently low centre of gravity, enhancing both stability and ride comfort-perfect for big families with big plans.
The XEV 9S has been developed to combine power, presence, and pure electric performance. The technical specifications are not officially revealed yet, but the details are expected to be announced during the global premiere.
