The automaker Mahindra will be launching a new variant of its BE 6 electric SUV called SPORTEQ. The company has today dropped the first teaser of this upcoming variant.

The BE 6 SPORTEQ will be launched on Independence Day (15th August). The teaser video showcases a triple-screen setup inside the cabin.

The new variant will come with a redesigned dashboard and centre console. The central spine between the front seats has been removed. It is also expected to feature a different cabin colour scheme.
Reportedly, apart from some visual updates and additional equipment, the upcoming variant is expected to feature similar mechanical features. The BE 6 Sporteq is expected to retain the existing 59kWh and 79kWh battery pack options. You can also expect a new exterior colour option for the new variant, likely matte grey.
Currently, Mahindra BE 6 is priced between Rs 18.90 lakh and Rs 26.90 lakh, ex-showroom. The new variant could come at a slight premium price.
Mahindra will be revealing the detailed features, design, pricing and availability details on 15th August.
