Mahindra’s latest EV SUVs – the BE 6 and the XEV 9e models now offer 79kWh battery option for their Pack Two variant. Added features along with an attractive price point are further specs of the new battery option.

BE 6 and XEV 9e – Pack Two Now Offers 79kWh Battery Option
In addition to the 59kWh battery option, the Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e EVs’ Pack Two variant now also offers a 79kWh battery option for its customers in India. For the BE 6 Pack Two, the 79kWh battery option is priced at INR 23.50 lakh (ex-showroom price), whereas the same for the XEV 9e has an ex-showroom price of INR 26.50 lakh. Do note that the mentioned pricing does not include the charger and its installation cost, and these have to be paid separately. Two charger options are available: 7.2kW and 11.2kW.
Also to add, Mahindra has announced that those customers who have already booked the 59kWH battery option of the BE 6 and XEV 9e Pack Two variants and are interested in upgrading it to the 79kWh battery option can do so by paying the additional cost. As pointed out by Mahindra, this reaffirms the brand’s commitment to deliver both customer choice and flexibility for every purchase.
In terms of specs, 16-speaker Harmon Kardon sound system supporting Dolby Atmos, full glass roof, and Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) are there as part of the Mahindra advanced technology suite. The XEV 9e has a triple-screen wide cinemascope, whereas the BE 6 comes with a race-ready digital cockpit and premium sage leatherette interiors featuring an elegant ivory roof finish.
