Vivo’s upcoming X500 FE smartphone has now appeared on Indonesia’s SDPPI certification database, hinting at its launch in the country.

Vivo X500 FE – SDPPI Certification
The Vivo X500 FE carrying the model number of ‘V2653’ has been listed on the SDPPI certification database with the certificate number of ‘128425/DJID/2026’. The certification was issued on the 3rd of November 2026, with ‘PT VIVO MOBILE INDONESIA’ mentioned as the applicant.
As per the listing, the device has been categorised as a ‘Mobile Telephone’, while China has been mentioned as its country of manufacture.
Just to add, the same model number had previously appeared on Malaysia’s SIRIM and the SGS certification databases. An earlier GSMA listing had also associated the ‘V2653’ model number with the Vivo X500 FE moniker, but on the same listing another model number, ‘V2654’, was also spotted under the same moniker hinting that it could be a regional variant of the device.
Speaking more, its Indonesian launch had already been hinted at through its TKDN certification, which revealed support for GSM, WCDMA, 4G LTE, and 5G NR connectivity.
