Yes, several rumors came on the internet when the news came out that Xiaomi may have a different plan for its next flagship series 13. Some images were distributed on the internet claiming that Xiaomi has renamed its 13 series to 14 series.
The images shared had a box full of phones and along with that, there were pictures of the specs of the phone. We think someone really played well today as Xiaomi has to come forward and refute the claim that they have no plans of changing the name of the Xiaomi 13 Series.
A Xiaomi Official confirmed this on the social media app called Weibo. He said to one of his followers who had asked him whether these are true or not. To which he replied by calling it a fake.
So yes that was the story and we will probably have to wait for more to get the authentic specifications of the phone.
