Vivo Y500s’ Two More Possible Rebrands, Vivo G5i and Vivo G5z, Spotted on Google Play Console Supported Devices List
Vivo is now said to add two new smartphones under its G-series lineup in China, and these upcoming devices are revealed to be the Vivo G5i and Vivo G5z. Both these smartphones have now been discovered on the Google Play Console Supported Devices list, pointing out their possible launch in the Chinese offline market.

Vivo G5i and Vivo G5z – Spotted on Google Play Console Supported Devices List
On the Google Play Console Supported Devices list, the model number “V2531A” has once again appeared, but this time with the Vivo G5i and Vivo G5z monikers. Under the device code section, both smartphones carry the “PD2531” device code as well.
While the listing does not reveal any of their key specifications as such, the same model number and device code have previously been associated with the Vivo Y500s, aka Vivo 500i, aka Vivo Y6, aka Vivo Y6a – which has just been launched in China. This re-iterates that the upcoming Vivo G5i and Vivo G5z smartphones will likely be arriving as re-branded versions of the already-launched Vivo Y500s.
Therefore, both these devices can be expected to carry the same spec sheet as the Vivo Y500s, but could be made available for the offline market in China with different color choices and memory options.
