Vivo Y18i and Y18t spotted on Bluetooth SIG, moniker confirmed

It looks like the Vivo Y18 series will include not just the Y18t, which was recently discovered, but also another model called the Y18i. Earlier, the Y18t was spotted on the IMEI and BIS certification websites. Now, in addition to the Y18t, the Y18i has also been seen on the Bluetooth SIG certification listing. I will share more details about it in this article below.

Vivo Y18t and Vivo Y18i Bluetooth SIG

Those who love to track smartphones know that there has been a slight change in how the Bluetooth SIG certification appears. Previously, it used to show the Bluetooth version, but now it only shows the model number and its moniker. Moving forward, if you look at the screenshot below, the model number V2408 has been assigned to the Y18t and V2414 to the Y18i. This matches what we have seen earlier, where both models appeared with the same numbers.

Sadly, there isn’t much data available regarding the specs of these models. However, they are expected to fall under the budget category, similar to their siblings, the Y18, Y18s, and Y18e. So far, there has been complete silence from Vivo about these smartphones. But I feel that as they have started to appear on certification listings, we may hear something soon.
