Vivo’s Austrian microsite had earlier revealed that the Vivo X500 series would launch on October 27th, 2026. Now, Vivo’s EU page confirms that the Vivo X Fold 6 will launch alongside the series on the same date. The teaser image also shows Vivo’s first over-ear headset (already launched in China) and a TWS earbud model whose moniker isn’t mentioned.
Meanwhile, tipster Abhishek Yadav has shared an update regarding the global and Indian launch dates of the Vivo X Fold 6.

Vivo X Fold 6 Launch Details
The updated promotional page confirms that the Vivo X Fold 6 will launch alongside the Vivo X500 series in the EU market on October 27th, 2026.
Vivo’s first over-ear headset, which has already been launched in China, is also shown in the teaser image. However, the name of the TWS earbud model has not been mentioned.
Previously, Vivo’s Austrian microsite had revealed that pre-orders for the Vivo X500 series would begin on October 27th itself, while sales would start on November 5th, 2026. The page does not currently mention the sale dates for the Vivo X Fold 6 or the audio devices.
Apart from these official details, tipster Abhishek Yadav has claimed in a post on X that the Vivo X Fold 6 will launch globally with OriginOS 7, unlike the Chinese variant which came with OriginOS 6 on October 1st, 2026, followed by its Indian launch on October 6th, 2026.
According to the tipster, the smartphone will come in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB memory options, with Prism Black and Nebula Teal colour variants. It is also said to run OriginOS 7.
For now, the tipped October 1st global launch and October 6th Indian launch dates for the Vivo X Fold 6 remain unconfirmed, while its October 27th EU launch has been officially announced.
