Vivo launched its latest flagship X500 series in its home market of China on 21st September 2026. Now, the brand has announced that the series will make its global debut on 27th October 2026.
Along with this, the launch microsite and EPREL listings have revealed a few more details about the global variants.

Vivo X500 Series Global Launch Details
As per the details shared on Vivo’s Austria website, the “X500 Series and More Launch Event” will be held on 27th October 2026 at 4:00 PM CET, and its registration page is also live, with 5th November being the open sales date.
The Vivo X500 series is co-engineered with ZEISS and carries the tagline “ZEISS Cinematics. Create Further.” The promotional image shared on the microsite shows multiple X500 series smartphones alongside a camera grip and an external telephoto accessory.
Vivo X500 EU Launch
The accessory has been identified as the 400mm-equivalent Vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra. The microsite has also confirmed that the global X500 series models will run OriginOS 7.
Users can register for the launch event and registered subscribers will receive a voucher worth up to €120, which can be used while purchasing eligible X500 series smartphones from Vivo’s official website during the pre-order period.
Following the pre-order period, the voucher value will be reduced to €80 and remain valid until 30th November 2026, subject to availability. Registered users will also receive early access to X500 series offers, curated bundles, and accessory deals.
Global Vivo X500 Series Battery Details
Speaking about the battery capacities of the global models, three Vivo smartphones carrying the V2621, V2622, and V2610 model numbers have been listed on the EPREL database.
According to previous listings, the V2610 model number is expected to belong to the global Vivo X500 Pro Max. Its EPREL listing reveals a rated battery capacity of 6,570mAh, which could translate to a typical capacity of around 6,800mAh, which, by the way, is smaller compared to the 8,000mAh that was launched in China. Its battery-endurance rating is listed as 72 hours and 5 minutes.
The V2621 model number is believed to belong to the global Vivo X500 Pro as per previous SIRIM certification. It is listed with a rated battery capacity of 6,305mAh, suggesting a typical capacity of around 6,510mAh, which is the same as the one launched in China, meaning no change in the battery capacity for the X500 Pro’s global variant. The device has also received a battery-endurance rating of 64 hours and 31 minutes.
The V2622 model is listed with a rated capacity of 5,180mAh, suggesting a typical battery capacity of around 5,300mAh. It has received a battery-endurance rating of 53 hours and 40 minutes. Previously, this model number had appeared on the IMEI database with the moniker Vivo X500 Pro; however, the battery is smaller than that of the Pro variant that was launched in China.
Speaking about the standard Vivo X500, well, its model number was revealed to be V2619 via the SIRIM database, so what moniker this model number V2622 is going to launch with is unknown at the moment.
All three devices listed on the EPREL database are revealed to run on an Android operating system and feature non-foldable designs. An A energy-efficiency rating and an IP68-rated body for dust and water resistance have also been revealed for the devices.
