Last year in June, Vivo introduced its Vivo X Fold 5 smartphone in the Chinese market, and now this year, the brand is rumoured to soon unveil the successor of this foldable device- Vivo X Fold 6.
Today, tipster Digital Chat Station has exclusively shared the launch timeline and key details of Vivo’s upcoming foldable device via the Weibo platform.
Vivo X Fold 6: Launch timeline and other details tipped
According to the tipster, the foldable device is tentatively scheduled for late June (just like its predecessor, Vivo X Fold 5). The smartphone is said to be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC. It is tipped to be backed by a 7K-level battery.
For photography, the device is said to feature a 200MP large sensor and a 50MP mid-sensor periscope telephoto lens. The foldable is expected to feature a slim and lightweight body. It is said to come with the classic large circular Deco design, but with rounded corners on the screen. Meanwhile, the white version is said to remain the preferred colour option for the engineering sample.
Till now, not much has been revealed online related to the Vivo X Fold 6, nor has the device made its appearance on any certification website. But if the launch timeline tipped above is true, details related to the foldable device might soon start surfacing online.
