Just yesterday, we had spotted the upcoming Vivo V80 smartphone on Singapore’s IMDA certification database with the model number V2648, and now, a new tip from tipster Yogesh Brar claims that the device will be launching in India next month, in October.

Vivo V80 5G India Launch Tipped
According to the tipster, the Vivo V80 is expected to launch in India in the first week of October. The smartphone is said to feature a near-compact form factor with a 6.59″ display, along with a Zeiss telephoto camera.
He further claims that the upcoming device will offer better cameras compared to the previous generation, while cinematic-grade video recording is also said to be one of its key highlights.

Pricing-wise, the Vivo V80 is tipped to be priced above ₹60,000 in the Indian market.
However, the smartphone’s model number has not yet appeared on India’s BIS certification database. With its India launch now being tipped for next month, we expect the device to make its appearance on the BIS database soon as well.
Speaking more about its previous certifications, the Vivo V80 had also appeared on the TÜV certification database, which revealed support for 90W wired fast charging.
In addition to the IMDA certification, the smartphone’s Indonesian launch has also been confirmed through its earlier appearance on the SDPPI certification database.
With the device now appearing across multiple certification databases and its India launch being tipped for October, more details regarding the upcoming Vivo V80 are expected to surface in the coming days.
