Tecno Spark 50 Pro 4G and Tecno Pova 8 5G Spotted on FCC Database with Battery, Charging, and Other Key Details
In February, we had spotted the Tecno Spark 50 Pro on the EEC certification, which revealed its moniker and model number, while the Tecno Pova 8 5G was recently spotted on the Bluetooth SIG and Geekbench databases. Well, rumours are high that both devices will soon break cover, and ahead of the announcement for the same, we have spotted both on the FCC database, revealing some additional details about these devices.
Tecno Spark 50 Pro 4G – FCC Database
As stated above, the device was already approved via the EEC certification, revealing the model number “K05” and the moniker Tecno Spark 50 Pro. Well, now this same model number has also appeared on the FCC database with the FCC ID “2ADYY-K05”, which was issued on 20th March 2026. It also confirms the adapter model number “U600TSA(CY)/U600TSA(KY)”, which appears to be region-specific, while this listing reveals that the charger is of 60W max capacity. Furthermore, the battery model number revealed for this device mentions a typical capacity of 5600mAh (5430mAH rated). The software version mentioned in the listing shows “K05-16.2.0”, confirming that it will launch with the Android 16 operating system.
Additionally, the product FCC label shows one of the memory variants as 8GB/256GB. This same label also shows a design schematic of this upcoming device, which shows a rectangular camera deco extending towards both sides and slightly raised from the back. Inside the deco, towards the upper left-hand side, a horizontal pill-shaped design can be seen, below which a circular cutout is also visible, and this may hold the camera sensor. Along with this, NFC marking is also seen, and towards the right side of the deco, two small circular cutouts can be seen placed vertically.

Connectivity details given on the certification reveal that the device will come with GSM, WCDMA, 4G, 5G, Bluetooth, dual-band WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), and GPS.
Tecno Pova 8 5G – FCC Database
The second device spotted on the FCC database is the upcoming Tecno Pova 8 5G device, which has appeared on the database with the FCC ID “2ADYY-LK6”, dated 28th March 2026, with the model number “LK6”. Moving on, this FCC database reveals that it will come with an adapter having the model number “U450TSC”, which has 45W fast wired charging support mentioned. Speaking more from the database, this device is listed to pack a rechargeable Li-ion polymer battery with model number “BL-77AT”, with a typical capacity of 8000mAh (7750mAh rated capacity).
Talking about the OS, the listing mentions that the device at the time of testing was running on the “LK6-16.2.0” OS version, which confirms that it will come with the Android 16 operating system. Connectivity-wise, it will support GSM, WCDMA, 3G, 4G, and 5G connectivity, along with Bluetooth, NFC (region-specific), WiFi 5G, and GPS (L1).
Also, the product FCC label reveals 8GB/256GB as one of the memory variants, plus the rear design as well. Similar to its predecessor, Tecno Pova 7 5G, a rectangular module holding three circular cutouts is located at the top left-hand corner of the rear. Additionally, there is also an NFC marking, confirming support for the same.
Previously, this same device’s model number had appeared on the Geekbench database with a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 SoC paired with Android 16 operating system and 6GB of RAM. Even at that time, I had my doubts regarding the Geekbench listing, the reason being that the Tecno Pova 7 5G, which is its predecessor, came with the Dimensity 7400 SoC, so why Tecno would be launching it with an inferior chipset is still confusing. Nonetheless, as the device has now appeared on the FCC database along with the Tecno Spark 50 Pro 4G device, we may hear a launch announcement soon from the brand.
Stay tuned for more updates!
