Tecno Pova 7 Neo Smartphone Google Play Console Listing Spotted, Revealing a Few Key Specs

Tecno’s next Pova 7 series of smartphones are currently in work and they were earlier spotted on the EEC and IMEI databases. The Tecno Pova 7 Neo is also among the upcoming Pova 7 series devices, and this smartphone has now been spotted on the Google Play Console database. Also, via the Google Play Console listing, a few of its key specifications have been revealed as well.

Tecno Pova 7 Neo – Google Play Console Listing

The Tecno Pova 7 Neo smartphone which carries the model number of ‘LJ6’ (also assigned for the Pova 7 4G*) has been listed on the Google Play Console database and this is its 8GB RAM variant. As per the revealed details, this upcoming smartphone is pointed out to come pre-installed with the Android 15 operating system onboard and will be powered by MediaTek’s MT6789 chipset (2x ARM Cortex A76 – 2.20GHz + 6x ARM Cortex A55 – 2.00GHz). It will also be integrated with the ARM Mali G57 GPU and will feature a 1080 x 2460 pixels resolution display with 440 DPI screen density.

From what it seems, the MediaTek Helio G100 chipset could be powering this device (even though the chip details point to the older Helio G99 chip).

Apart from the Pova 7 Neo and the mentioned Pova 7 4G, Tecno’s Pova 7 series is believed to consist of the Pova 7 5G (model number – LJ7), Pova 7 Pro 5G (model number – LJ8), and Pova 7 Pro+ 5G (model number – LJ9) smartphone models too.

As of now, Tecno is preparing for the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-powered Pova Curve 5G (model number – LJ8k) smartphone launch in India and it is scheduled to take place on the 29th of May 2025. Probably after this, the brand could also be announcing its Pova 7 series smartphone launches as well, and the Google Play Console listing of the Pova 7 Neo further reiterates it.
