Tecno Pova Curve 5G Teased Ahead of India Launch; Flipkart Microsite Live, Key Specs Spotted on Google Play Console

Tecno is now all set to launch its next Pova smartphone, the Tecno Pova Curve 5G, in the Indian market. Its microsite is now live on Flipkart, featuring the message #DiscoverNewHorizon, Ahead of the Curve. However, the official launch date has not yet been confirmed. The microsite doesn’t reveal much in terms of specifications, but a slight glimpse confirms curved edges on the device.

In addition, the Tecno Pova Curve 5G has been spotted on the Google Play Console, revealing some key specifications. The model number listed is LJ8k, and it carries the moniker Tecno Pova Curve 5G. The SoC is identified by the code MediaTek MT6879 with a Mali-G615 GPU (1047 MHz), which corresponds to the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. The CPU configuration shows four cores clocked at 2.5GHz and four cores at 2.0GHz.

The listing also confirms that the phone will run Android 15 out of the box, with at least 8GB of RAM. The display is listed with a resolution of 1080 × 2436 pixels and a pixel density of 440 DPI.

The model number appears to be closely related to the Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G (LJ8), which was recently listed on the EEC certification. Since Tecno has already started teasing this upcoming smartphone, we can expect the official launch date for India to be announced in the coming days.
