With two illuminance sensors on the front and back, the display of the smartphone always displays the optimal brightness and color according to the surrounding environment. The outstanding image beauty of Sony’s BRAVIA TV has been reproduced on Xperia with AI technology. The display has a higher peak brightness than the previous model and a Sunlight Vision function that detects when the display is in direct sunlight and further improves the visibility of the display.

There will be two new video shooting modes- AI Camera Work, which keeps the subject fixed at the corner of the screen for smooth footage, and Auto Framing records wide and close-up shots simultaneously. Meanwhile, the ultra-wide angle lens is equipped with an image sensor that is approximately 2.1 times larger than the previous model, allowing you to take clearer photos by capturing the fine details of vast landscapes, night scenes, and family photos in high definition.

Combined with the latest image processing technologies, wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle lenses provide low-light performance on par with digital cameras equipped with sensors. With the help of macro photography, users can capture large images of tiny objects.

The device is powered by the high-quality sound of the Walkman that offers a clear and atmospheric feel. Users can enjoy the high-quality sound with Hi-Res Audio support, Hi-Res Audio wireless support,  LDAC, and DSEE Ultimate. It is equipped with forward-facing full-stage speakers on both sides and delivers a wide and clear sound. The smartphone will be backed by a 5000 mAh battery and will offer a battery life of up to 2 days.

It will receive 4 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates. It comes with Xperia Intelligence, Xperia’s proprietary AI technology. The design of the rear cameras pursues a camera-like appearance and functional beauty; the color and luster of the metal camera bump have been adjusted, while the frame has a solid, rigid shape.
