We have already seen the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 series, comprising the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S12+, making its appearance on multiple certification platforms. Now, adding one more certification to the list, the upcoming tablets have been spotted on Singapore’s IMDA database, revealing a few of their connectivity details.
Here is what has been revealed.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Series – IMDA Certification
On the IMDA database, two Samsung tablet models carrying the model numbers SM-X846B and SM-X946B have been listed. Both devices are categorized under ‘Mobile Terminals’ and are described as 5G tablets with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

The Samsung SM-X846B is listed with S/No. 82, whereas the Samsung SM-X946B has been listed with S/No. 83. Both carry Samsung as their brand/trade name.
The certification itself does not reveal the monikers of these two tablets. However, the previous Google Play Console Supported Devices list had confirmed that the former, SM-X846B, belongs to the 5G variant of the Galaxy Tab S12+, whereas the latter, SM-X946B, belongs to the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra 5G.
The latest IMDA certification therefore confirms 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity support for both tablet models. With the upcoming Galaxy Tab S12 series continuing to make its appearance across certification platforms, more details regarding the devices could be revealed in the coming days.
Stay tuned for more updates.
