Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Geekbench GPU and AI Performance Scores Revealed: Specs Like Exynos 2400, Xclipse 940 GPU, Android 16 OS, and 8GB RAM Also Mentioned

The next Galaxy S25 FE smartphone of Samsung is expected to break its cover either in late Q3 2025 or in early Q4 2025 and ahead of this expected launch time frame, the Geekbench GPU and AI performance scores of the upcoming device have been revealed online. Along with these performance scores, a few of its performance-related specifications have also been mentioned.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE – Geekbench GPU and AI Performance Scores

Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE smartphone model with the model number of ‘SM-S731U’ was previously spotted on the Geekbench database and now, its GPU and AI performance scores have also been revealed. About its GPU performance, the device has acquired 13776 points on the Geekbench OpenCL test. Regarding the Geekbench AI scores, it attained 2124 points single precision score, 2039 points half precision score, and 3009 points quantized score. Moreover, its specifications such as the Exynos 2400 chipset, Xclipse 940 GPU, Android 16 operating system, and an 8GB RAM option have again been mentioned via the new listings.

Looking into previous updates, last month the 5K CAD-based renders and the 360° video of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE were shared online, and the device was revealed to look more or less similar to its predecessor. Notably, the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE device of Samsung was suggested to not have camera rings around the camera sensors, and was pointed out to feature a slimmer body along with thinner bezels.

Dimension of 161.4 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm, 6.7″ Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 2600 nits peak brightness rate, and 12MP front-facing camera are reportedly its other expected specs. Additionally, the One UI 8 custom skin based on Android 16 OS will come pre-installed on device, and 7 years of software updates is expected to be offered for it.
