The South Korean tech giant Samsung is rumoured to be currently working on the Galaxy A27 5G smartphone. Previously, this device has been spotted on Geekbench, TUV Rheinland and IMEI databases, suggesting towards its imminent launch.
Ahead of its rumoured launch, the press renders and detailed specs of the Galaxy A27 5G have now leaked online.

The rear panel design of the Galaxy A27 5G is similar to that of its predecessor, the Galaxy A26 5G. It is said to arrive in Light Pink, Blue and Black colours.
Coming to its specs, the device is said to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ display. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC (the same chipset was revealed by a Geekbench listing), paired with 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB internal storage. The device runs on One UI 8.5 based on Android 16. It packs a 50MP main camera with OIS support, a 5MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera on the rear side, while on the front it features a 12MP selfie camera. The smartphone is said to be backed by a 5000 mAh battery and supports 25W wired fast charging (revealed via TUV listing as well). Other features expected are dual SIM (Physical SIM+ eSIM), WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C port and GSM/HSPA/LTE/5G connectivity options. It measures 162.4×78.2×7.8mm and weighs 200g.
When compared to the Galaxy A26 5G, the Galaxy A27 seems to have upgraded in terms of the chipset, body has grown wider, but the ultrawide and selfie cameras have downgraded (Galaxy A26: 8MP ultrawide, 13MP selfie), while Galaxy A27 also lacks microSD expansion support.
The Galaxy A27 5G was previously reported to surface on Samsung Wallet’s compatibility list as well. Samsung has till now not made any official announcement regarding the launch of this device, but if rumours are to be believed, the device could make its debut in H2, 2026.
