After several leaks and rumours, the Samsung Galaxy A08 4G has now been listed on a UAE-based online retailer, revealing its specs, features, pricing, and availability details for the market. Going by previously revealed information, the smartphone may also make its way to other markets starting October this year, while its 5G variant is expected to arrive next year in January or February 2027.

Samsung Galaxy A08 4G – Specifications and Features
Looking at the device, it is quite similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy A07 4G, with one of the major differences being the larger battery capacity.
Starting with the display, the Galaxy A08 4G features a 6.7″ PLS LCD display with support for a 90Hz refresh rate, same as the Galaxy A07 4G.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor with clock speeds of up to 2.2GHz and 2GHz. While the exact chipset moniker isn’t revealed in the listing, the mentioned clock speeds point towards the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, which is something that past rumours have also hinted at. Furthermore, its previously spotted Google Play Console listing had also revealed it may come with Android 17 OS out of the box.

The device comes with 4GB or 6GB RAM and offers 128GB internal storage, while microSD card expansion is also supported.
Coming to the cameras, the smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera. At the front, it features an 8MP selfie camera.
Speaking of its battery, the Galaxy A08 4G packs a larger 6,000mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging.
The device also comes with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
In terms of design, the smartphone measures 8.0mm in thickness and has been listed in Dark Blue, Silver, and Green colour options.
Pricing and Availability
Though the specs tab shows two RAM options, only the 4GB + 64GB DS (Dual SIM) variant of the Samsung Galaxy A08 4G has been listed for purchase via Virgin Megastore UAE with a price tag of AED 625.
