Following the Galaxy A08 4G and Galaxy S26 FE, more upcoming Samsung devices have now appeared on the Google Play Console. These include the Galaxy A07s 4G along with the Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, and this time their detailed listings have revealed several of their key specifications.

Samsung Galaxy A07s 4G – Google Play Console
Starting with the Galaxy A07s 4G, the smartphone has appeared on the Google Play Console with the model number SM-A077M, while its codename and product name are mentioned as “a07ye” and “a07yeub” respectively.
According to the listing, the device was tested with around 4GB RAM and runs on Android 16.

Under the hood, the smartphone is listed with the MediaTek MT6789V/CD chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU consisting of two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores running at up to 2.0GHz. It is paired with a Mali-G57 GPU running at up to 1068MHz.
The CPU configuration points towards the MediaTek Helio G99 family. Interestingly, this would mean that the Galaxy A07s 4G would come with the same chipset as Galaxy A07 4G.
Coming to the display, the listing mentions a resolution of 720 × 1600 pixels along with a screen density of 300 DPI. OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan 1.3.0 (L1) support are also listed.
Speaking of its design, well, the render shown in the listing shows it in black colour with the same dual rear camera setup as that of the Galaxy A07 4G.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra – Google Play Console
Coming to the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, both its Wi-Fi and 5G variants have appeared with detailed specifications.
The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra 5G carries the model number SM-X946B, while its codename and product name are mentioned as “gts12u” and “gts12ueea” respectively.
The tablet is listed with around 12GB RAM and runs Android 17 OS and the same was also revealed via the Geekbench database (via Gizmochina) as well.

Under the hood, the tablet features the MediaTek MT6993 chipset. Its CPU configuration includes one ARM C1-Ultra core clocked at 4.05GHz, three C1-Premium cores running at 3.4GHz and four C1-Pro cores clocked at 2.7GHz.
For graphics, it is listed with a 12-core ARM Mali G1-Ultra GPU running at up to 1600MHz.
The MT6993 model number corresponds to the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, thus hinting that the Tab S12 Ultra will come equipped with this chipset.
Coming to the display, the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra listing mentions a resolution of 1848 × 2960 pixels along with a screen density of 280 DPI.
The device was added to Google’s catalogue on July 26th 2026 and is shown as Certified and Supported.
The Wi-Fi variant also appears with largely the same specifications. It carries the SM-X940 model number with the “gts12uwifi” codename and “gts12uwifixx” product name. It is again listed with around 12GB RAM, Android 17 OS, the MT6993 chipset and the same 1848 × 2960 pixel resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S12+ – Google Play Console
Coming to the Galaxy Tab S12+, its 5G variant carrying the model number SM-X848U has also appeared on the Google Play Console.
The listing mentions the codename “gts12p” and product name “gts12psqw”, while the tablet is shown with around 12GB RAM and Android 17 OS.

Just like the Ultra model, the Galaxy Tab S12+ is listed with the MediaTek MT6993 chipset featuring one C1-Ultra core at 4.05GHz, three C1-Premium cores at 3.4GHz and four C1-Pro cores at 2.7GHz. The GPU is again mentioned as the 12-core Mali G1-Ultra running at up to 1600MHz.
The Google Play Console listing mentions a 1752 × 2800 pixel display resolution along with a screen density of 320 DPI. The device was added to Google’s catalogue on July 21st 2026.
Its Wi-Fi counterpart, carrying the model number SM-X840, has also appeared with the “gts12pwifi” codename and “gts12pwifixx” product name. It again features around 12GB RAM, Android 17 Beta, the MT6993 chipset and a 1752 × 2800 pixel display resolution.
The SM-X840 and other Galaxy Tab S12+ model numbers have already made their way through certification platforms, including India’s BIS, further hinting that the tablets are moving closer to launch.
The images shown through the Google Play Console listings also give us a look at the front design of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S12 series. The tablets feature a familiar Samsung tablet design, while the volume rocker and power button can be seen placed along the side frame.
With the Galaxy A07s 4G, Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra now appearing with detailed specifications and Certified and Supported status on Google Play Console, their respective launches certainly appear to be getting closer. The Tab S12 series, in particular, is shaping up to arrive with Android 17 and MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500-series platform.
