Realme 16 Pro 5G Series

Realme has already revealed the design of the upcoming Realme 16 Pro 5G series, which is expected to launch soon in India. Unofficial reports suggest a 6th January 2026 launch, although Realme is yet to confirm the date officially. Just a day ago, the Realme 16 Pro 5G was spotted on the Geekbench database with the Dimensity 7300 SoC, and now the Pro+ variant has also surfaced on the benchmarking platform.

Here is more to it.

Realme 16 Pro+ 5G Spotted on Geekbench

The listing was first spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav, revealing the model number RMX5131. According to Geekbench, the device managed a single-core score of 1,352 and a multi-core score of 4,058.

The benchmark data shows a triple CPU cluster setup, with three cores clocked at 1.84GHz, four cores running at 2.40GHz, and a primary core reaching 2.80GHz. Digging into the source code further reveals the presence of an Adreno 722 GPU, which is currently exclusive to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. This strongly suggests that the device is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC.

However, this is where things get a bit confusing. Realme, on its official microsite, has hinted that the upcoming Realme Pro+ will feature a Snapdragon chipset that is better than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. If this Geekbench listing is accurate, though, it appears to contradict Realme’s own claims.

The listing also confirms a 12GB RAM variant. Additionally, it suggests that the phone is running on Android 16, with the firmware version listed as RMX5131_16.0.0.2.400(EX01).

Furthermore, the Realme 16 Pro+ is tipped to launch in three colour options: Master Grey, Master Gold, and Camellia Pink. In terms of memory options, it is expected to be offered in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB variants.
