Here is more to it.

Poco X8 Pro – Specs and Features leaked via Leaked Retail Images

The image shared by the tipster named Paras Guglani on X reveals the Poco X8 Pro 5G’s retail box and the device itself still in its protective factory film. On the wrapping, it highlights several key specifications, like the “flagship” MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra processor and a massive 6500 mAh battery paired with 100W HyperCharge technology. On the front, the phone is set to feature a 6.59″ 1.5K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Further, it confirms that it will come with a 50MP main camera equipped with OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) for better stability.

Speaking about the launch, the tipster in his post mentions that the device will likely have an India launch in mid-March 2026, while he only mentioned “coming soon” for the global launch.

Previous rumours have claimed that this is going to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 5, which was launched last month (January) in China. Looking at the model numbers, this rumour seems to be true. As the Redmi Turbo 5 carries a model number “2511FPC34C”, while the upcoming Poco X8 Pro’s Global variant was sighted on several regulatory authorities like SDPPI, IMDA and more, with the model number “2511FPC34G”, the only difference being the last letter changed from “C” to “G”. Also, the India variant carries the same model number, with the last letter being “I”.

In China, the Redmi Turbo 5 came with the Dimensity 8500 SoC. However, if we go by this new info, then an Ultra badging is added to the chipset. This could point to software-level optimisation specifically tuned for the Indian/Global model. Whatever the case may be, if this launch timeline turns out to be true, then its microsite may soon appear either on Flipkart or Amazon India.

Stay tuned for more updates!
