In March, the smartphone brand POCO officially unveiled its POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra models in the global markets. After the launch of these models, the brand is now expected to release the vanilla POCO F7 model, but there is no official confirmation regarding the launch timeline.
Tipster @heyitsyogesh has today shared on the X platform that the POCO F7 special variant will be coming to India. Other than this, the tipster has neither shared the exact launch date nor revealed any other details related to the device.
If you recall, POCO F6 came with a Deadpool edition as well, so this could be it that POCO is going to do the same thing with POCO F7. Some users assumed this could be the Harry Potter Edition, but it is highly unlikely that it is going to be that. As Redmi Turbo 3, which was launched in China, came with a Harry Potter special edition, but globally, POCO launched POCO F6 (rebranded version of Redmi Turbo 3) Deadpool Edition. Moreover, we should rather wait to see more about it in the coming days.
A previous report suggested that the POCO F7 global variant will be backed by a 6500 mAh battery while the Indian variant will pack a 7550 mAh battery. So, there are chances that the upcoming special variant device could arrive with the same battery capacity in India.
It is also said that POCO F7 will arrive as the rebranded version of Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, which means that we will get to see some similarities in their specs.

Other features include- Xiaomi Qingshan eye protection, dual loop 3D ice cooling system, CNC+ sandblasting technology, IP66/68/69 rating, kilometer-level network free technology, Wet Touch 2.0, dual SIM, in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.4, and WiFi 6.
