[Correction: ‘25062RN2DY’ is the Redmi 15 4G Device] POCO C85, Redmi 15C, Possible Redmi 14, and POCO M7 Smartphones Certified by Indonesia’s SDPPI Authority

Correction: Just recently, the Redmi device bearing the model number – ‘25062RN2DY’ (global NFC version) was certified by the SDPPI authority and this device was suggested and assumed to be the next Redmi 14 4G. Prior to this, the global version – ‘25062RN2DA’ and Latin American version ‘25062RN2DL’ were spotted on certification platforms as listed below, while there is a European version too with the model number of ‘25062RN2DE’.

Now, as per the IMDA database (and received via XiaomiTime), the ‘25062RN2DA’ global version which carries the internal codename of ‘O19A’ is revealed to be the Redmi 15 4G, and this device is positioned as the successor of the June 2024-released Redmi 13 4G. This also means that the ‘25062RN2DY’, ‘25062RN2DL’, and the ‘25062RN2DE’ are respectively the global NFC version, Latin American version, and European version of the next Redmi 15 4G and not of the Redmi 14 4G.

Four new smartphone models from Xiaomi that are soon expected to launch under the POCO and Redmi-brandings have now received the SDPPI certification from Indonesia. Their launch in the Indonesian market has thus been confirmed too.

Read more about the update below.

POCO C85, Redmi 15C, Possible Redmi 14, and POCO M7 – SDPPI Certification

As mentioned, four new affordable 4G smartphone devices from Xiaomi have now been spotted on the SDPPI certification platform of Indonesia, and these include the POCO C85 (model number – ‘25078PC3EG’), Redmi 15C (model number – ‘25078RA3EY’), possible Redmi 14 (model number – ‘25062RN2DY’), and the POCO M7 (model number – ‘25062PC34G’) smartphones. These mentioned devices have received the SDPPI certification with respective certificate numbers of ‘112043/DJID/2025’, ‘112042/DJID/2025’, ‘112041/DJID/2025’, and ‘112040/DJID/2025’, and have been listed on the certification database with the PLG ID of ‘10047’.

Redmi 15C and Poco M7 4G - SDPPI Certification

Looking into previous updates, the POCO C85 smartphone bearing the model number of ‘25078PC3EG’ was spotted on the FCC certification database earlier – revealing specs like Xiaomi HyperOS 2.2 custom skin, 2G/3G/4G network connectivity, dual-band WiFi 5, Bluetooth, and NFC. On the other hand, POCO’s M7 smartphone carrying the model number – ‘25062PC34G’ received the EEC certification

The possible Redmi 14 with the model number of ‘25062RN2DY’ was also spotted on the EEC certification database. Furthermore, its region/market-specific variants (~likely) with model numbers of ‘25062RN2DA’ and ‘25062RN2DL’ have respectively appeared on the IMDA and FCC databases as well. The ‘25062RN2DA’ also got certified by the EEC authority. However, the Redmi 15C hasn’t made it to any certification platform yet, apart from its listing on the GSMA IMEI database.

Speaking more, the previous POCO C75 (4G) and Redmi 14C (4G) were essentially the same device with two different monikers. The case of Redmi 13 (4G) and POCO M6 (4G) are also no different as these two were also more or less the same device itself with a few tweaks. Considering this, the same trend might be followed with the POCO C85 and Redmi 15C and also with the possible Redmi 14 and POCO M7 4G smartphone models, and their similarities in model numbers further reaffirms this probability.
