New Redmi Smartphone Spotted on the FCC Certification Database, Revealing a Few of its Key Specs

A new Redmi smartphone from Xiaomi has now made its appearance on the FCC certification database of the United States. Via its certification listing, a few of its key specs have also been revealed.

New Redmi (25062RN2DL) Smartphone – FCC Certification

This new Redmi smartphone from Xiaomi that has now been spotted on the FCC certification database carries the model number – ‘25062RN2DL’ and it has been certified by the FCC authority with the FCC ID – ‘2AFZZRN2DL’. The device has been categorized as a ‘mobile phone’, and it is revealed to be a 4G smartphone with 2G/3G/4G network connectivity. Furthermore, dual-band WiFi 5 and Bluetooth (BR + EDR + LE) connectivity are also supported specs.

Speaking more, the FCC listing also points out that this device will have the Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0 software version pre-installed within, whereas the hardware version is mentioned to be ‘13510O19A’. Also, three storage models are going to be made available for this device as per the FCC listing – 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB.

Apart from the FCC listing and the above mentioned details, nothing more is known about this Redmi smartphone (25062RN2DL). However, Redmi-branded smartphones with similar model numbers of ‘25062RN2DA’, and ‘25062RN2DY were previously spotted on the European EEC certification platform, and these could be other variants (region-specific) of the now FCC-listed Redmi smartphone (assuming). Probably more updates concerning the Redmi smartphone could be shared in the coming days, with which we will be able to confirm its moniker as well as its specs and other features.
