The Chinese manufacturer Oppo introduced its latest Oppo Reno 16 series last week in China, and it was expected that the Oppo Reno 16 models could soon make their debut in global markets, also due to their appearance on various global certifications.
Well, the Reno series is also available in India, and like before, the Reno 16 series models were expected to arrive in the country after their China debut. Till now, there has been no official announcement made regarding the Indian launch of the Oppo Reno 16 series. But the tentative launch timeline has now surfaced online.
Oppo Reno 16 series: India launch timeline tipped
@91mobiles has exclusively revealed that, as per industry sources, the Oppo Reno 16 series will launch in India in July. It is said that Oppo will launch four models under the Reno 16 series in India: Oppo Reno 16, Oppo Reno 16 Pro, Oppo Reno 16 Pro Mini and Oppo Reno 16c.
There is no confirmation related to the Oppo Reno 16 Pro Mini and Oppo Reno 16c models. Previously, Oppo introduced Oppo Reno 15 Pro Mini and Oppo Reno 15c in the Oppo Reno 15 lineup.
If we talk about the specs, the Oppo Reno 16 and Oppo Reno 16 Pro are expected to be equipped with a 200MP Samsung HP5 primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera.
The Reno 16 could sport a 6.32-inch OLED display that offers 1.5K screen resolution. It may be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8550 SoC, backed by a 6,700 mAh battery and support 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The Reno 16 Pro could sport a 6.78-inch OLED display. It may be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s SoC, backed by a 7000 mAh battery and support 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
