OPPO Reno 14 5G Smartphone Certified by the TDRA, GCF, TUV SUD, and BIS Authorities: Global Launch Likely Nearing
This month in May 2025, the Chinese smartphone maker – OPPO officially debuted the Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G devices in its home market. Now, the Reno 14 5G device has been certified by the TDRA, GCF, TUV SUD, and BIS certification authorities, suggesting that its global launch is likely nearing.

OPPO Reno 14 5G – TDRA, GCF, TUV SUD, and BIS Certifications
OPPO’s Reno 14 5G smartphone with the model number – CPH2737 (global variant) has been listed on the TDRA certification database, and it has received the certification with the equipment registration number – ‘ER45729/25’. The device has been categorized as a ‘mobile phone’, and its moniker is mentioned on the database. Also to note, the TDRA certification confirms the launch of the smartphone in the UAE market, and its certification validity is till the 28th of May 2028.
About its GCF certification, the Reno 14 5G global variant has been certified with the GCF reference number – ‘12944’. Furthermore, the GCF listing points out that the device supports 2G/3G/4G/5G network connectivity.
It has made its appearance on the TUV SUD platform with the certification number – ‘SG PSB-IV-13929’. Again, the device has been categorized under the ‘mobile phones’ section, and is revealed to support an 80W wired fast charging feature just like its Chinese counterpart. Class III protection and IPX0 degree of protection (likely not yet tested) are also mentioned on the database.
Finally coming to its BIS certification, with the same model number of ‘CPH2737’, the Reno 14 5G device has been spotted on the BIS database as well. It has received the grant/inclusion onto the database as of on the 21st of May 2025, and its India launch has been confirmed via its BIS listing.
