New Exynos S6568 Connectivity Chip Certified by the Bluetooth SIG Authority; Could Possibly be Used in the Samsung Galaxy S26 Series Flagships
Over the past few months, we have come across plenty of updates concerning Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series and reports have already suggested that there won’t be the Galaxy S26 Edge and the Galaxy S26 Pro models this time and returning back to square one, it is believed that the same line-up consisting of the standard, plus, and ultra models will be offered early next year at the upcoming flagship launch ceremony. Now, a new Exynos S6568 connectivity chip has been certified by the Bluetooth SIG authority, and this could be used on the next Galaxy S26 series flagships.

Exynos S6568 – Bluetooth SIG Certification
On the Bluetooth SIG certification platform, as mentioned the Exynos S6568 chipset has been certified and it is pointed out to be a connectivity chip. The listing further confirms that this connectivity chip will work together with an Exynos processor and support Bluetooth 6.1 connectivity, and it is aimed at offering a full Bluetooth + WiFi solution – improved range as well as better efficiency.
While no other details have been revealed via its Bluetooth SIG certification listing, it is possible that the next Galaxy S26 series which will be coming equipped with the Exynos 2600 chipset for most regions could be using this now Bluetooth SIG-listed Exynos S6568 chip. Just to add, there will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (for Galaxy)-powered smartphone models too for the Galaxy S26 series and it will be made available in certain markets only.
As far as Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series launch is concerned, from the expected January/February 2026 launch time frame, it has been delayed to March 2026. The brand’s decision to drop the Galaxy S26 series edge and pro projects, and revive the Galaxy S26 series plus project late might have led to this unexpected delay.
