About the SIRIM listing, the smartphone carrying the model number ‘I2607’ has been listed with the ‘iQOO 16’ moniker under the iQOO branding. The certification number is mentioned as ‘RGQL/64L/1026/S(26-5886)’, and the device has received the certification on the 15th of October 2026. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip was already pointed out via its Geekbench listings, and Nipun Marya had also confirmed that the same chipset will be powering the Indian model. However, confirmation regarding the remaining specifications is still awaited.
Additionally, the earlier Geekbench listings had revealed 12GB and 16GB RAM variants of the device. These could be among its memory options at launch, although their availability in the respective markets is yet to be revealed.
