Alleged iQOO 16 Global Variant – Spotted on Geekbench AI with 16GB RAM
A smartphone carrying the model number of ‘I2607’ has made its appearance on the Geekbench AI 1.8.0 database, and the device is listed with Android 17 operating system and 14.88GB of RAM has been detected, pointing towards a 16GB RAM variant.

About the processor, the CPU configuration of three cores clocked at 3.74GHz, three cores clocked at 4.03GHz, and two cores clocked at 5.01GHz suggests that is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset, though the chipset name hasn’t been mentioned in the listing.
Speaking more about its benchmark results, the device has scored 793 points in the single-precision test, 1,153 points in the half-precision test, and 1,834 points in the quantised test. The listing also reveals that the test used the TensorFlow Lite framework with the CPU backend.
While the other key details remain consistent, previously spotted listing was on Geekbench 7 with a 12GB RAM configuration and this latest Geekbench AI appearance suggests that the alleged global iQOO 16 could arrive with both 12GB and 16GB RAM options. However, the final memory configurations are yet to be confirmed by the brand.
Regarding its Indian arrival, iQOO India’s CEO Nipun Marya has also teased the launch of a new flagship smartphone; though the moniker has not been mentioned, this could possibly be the iQOO 16. Notably, the ‘I2607’ model number has not yet been spotted on the Indian BIS certification database, and more details about its Indian launch are still awaited.
