Honor Choice Earbuds S8 Spotted on the MIIT, TUV Rheinland, and SIRIM Databases; Honor Pad 10 Also Certified by SIRIM Authority
Honor’s upcoming earbuds and tablet devices have now made it to new certification databases. The Honor Choice Earbuds S8 model has been spotted on the MIIT, TUV Rheinland, and SIRIM certification databases. Along with the Honor Choice Earbuds S8, the Honor Pad 10 tablet has also received the SIRIM certification.

Honor Choice Earbuds S8 – MIIT, TUV Rheinland, and SIRIM Listings; Honor Pad 10 – SIRIM Listing
The upcoming Choice Earbuds S8 from Honor bears the model number – ‘KSN-ME00’, and has been listed on the MIIT database with the approval certificate number of ‘2025-2905′ and approval code (CMIIT ID) of ’25J449E94161’. It has been categorized as a ‘Bluetooth device’, and key specs which include ≤20ppm frequency tolerance, 24oo – 2483.5MHz frequency range, ≤20dBm(EIRP) transmit power, ≤2MHz occupied bandwidth, ≤ -30dBM spurious emission limits, GFSK modulation, and 2.4GHz WiFi have been revealed. To add, the MIIT certification issue date is on the 21st of February 2025, with 5 years validity.
About its TUV Rheinland listing, Honor’s Choice Earbuds S8 (KSN-ME00) has been certified with the certificate number – ‘JPTUV-171067’ and it has been listed as ‘Wireless Earphones’. Specs like 2W input and 1W output charge, and Class III protection (protective design with low voltage operation) are revealed key specs. The country codes – ‘EU’, ‘CA’, and ‘SA’ point to its launch in Europe, Canada, and Saudi Arabia.
Finally, about the SIRM certification, as mentioned, both the Honor Choice Earbuds S8 (KSN-ME00) and Honor Pad 10 (HEY3-W00) devices have been spotted and they have been respectively listed under the ‘Wireless Earphone’ and ‘Tablet PC’ categories. The Honor Choice Earbuds S8 has received the certification with the type approval code of ‘RFFS/97L/0425/S(25-1712)’ – with certification validity till the 15th of April 2030, whereas the Honor Pad 10 has been certified with the type approval code of ‘REAO/01G/0425/S(25-1818)’ and its certification will be valid till the 16th of April 2026.
Speaking of few other earlier reports, the Honor Pad 10 model was spotted previously on the TDRA certification database as well, which has confirmed its launch in the UAE market. The upcoming Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro smartphones were also spotted on a few certification databases recently.
In related news, the brand will be unveiling its Honor GT Pro smartphone and Honor Pad GT tablet two days later on the 23rd of April 2025 in China, The product page of the Honor X60 GT was also spotted on JD Mall, suggesting of its soon arrival in the same market as well.
