As mentioned, the HMD Watch P1 smartwatch (P71J) has received the certification or approval from the FCC authority by qualifying the required test standards, and via the certification, its user manual and live images have been revealed – which has actually revealed its key specs and design features.

HDM claims this device to be a ‘high-performance wristband smartwatch’ featuring thoughtful health experience for its users. The device has a rectangular-shaped form factor, with the rotatable crown and microphone hole at the right side panel, and the speaker on the left side. Its health sensors and magnetic charging pins are positioned at the bottom, and at the top and bottom, dedicated areas to insert the watch straps have been added.

This device will be compatible with both Android (v4.4 and later) and iOS (v9.0 and later) devices supporting Bluetooth connectivity of version 4.0 or above. On the Android Play Store and iOS App Store, the Pubu Wear watch app can be downloaded, which will possibly offer users of the smartwatch with added capabilities and features. Other notable features of the smartwatch include multiple watch faces, Bluetooth calling, messages, camera shutter, music control, step counting/distance/calorie/sleep monitoring, heart rate/SpO2 measurement, sports or exercise tracking (walking, running, cycling, skipping, basketball, football, and more), AI voice, and weather.

Coming to the live images, we get a clearer picture of the smartwatch’s design and seemingly the device has a solid build. Different strap color options can also be expected, and consumers may be offered with White, Yellow, Black, Blue/Navy, Fluorescent Green/ Olive Green/Military Green, and Peach colors.

Also, the battery equipped within the device is revealed to pack 250 mAh battery capacity (~ BIS-mark spotted on it), and a USB Type-A to Pogo Pin Connector charging cable will be offered along with the smartwatch.
