HMD DUB P50 ENC Earbuds Certified by the FCC Authority: Key Specs and Design Renders Revealed

The Finnish tech maker – HMD is preparing a new TWS earbuds for its customers and this upcoming device has now received the FCC certification, confirming its launch in the US market. Via the certification listings, the key specs and design renders of the earbuds have also been revealed.

HMD DUB P50 ENC Earbuds – FCC Certification
The upcoming HMD DUB P50 ENC earbuds has been listed on the FCC certification database as a TWS Bluetooth earphones, and it has been certified by the FCC authority with the FCC ID of ‘2AJOTTA-P50ENC’. As per its listings on the FCC database, this device will be supporting a Bluetooth connectivity of version 5.4, with Bluetooth frequency ranging in between 2402 MHz ~ 2480 MHz. A total of 79 channels are supported for the Bluetooth connectivity, with 1 MHz of channel spacing. GFSK, π/4-DQPSK, and 8-DPSK as the modulation types. It also has an internal antenna with 2.5 dBi max antenna gain.
Coming to the renders, the HMD DUB P50 ENC earbuds featuring a White x Cyan color scheme has been listed, and via the design renders, it can be understood that this device would be having a pill-shaped charging dock equipped with in-ear designed earbuds. Seemingly, the charging dock could be flat-bottomed, and the POGO pins are placed right at the top inside of it. The earbuds stems have the connecting POGO pins too along with the microphone holes, and the HMD-branding can be spotted on both the charging dock and also on the two earbuds.
Furthermore, key specs such as 40 mAh Li-ion battery for earbuds, 300 mAh Li-ion battery for charging dock, hardware version of ‘V09’, and software version of ‘V3.4’ are also revealed for the upcoming device.
Apart from these FCC-revealed details, there isn’t anything more known about HMD’s latest earbuds. However, the FCC certification is a strong indication that the device could be launching soon. In the coming days, we can thus expect more updates, which will possibly be confirming more specs as well as the launch of the device.
