Galaxy A06 5G spotted on SDPPI certification website ahead of rumored launch

Samsun has recently unveiled its all-new Galaxy F06 5G smartphone in the Indian market and it is said that the company will also be unveiling a rebranded version of this device- Galaxy A06 5G with some minor changes. The Indian support page for Galaxy A06 5G is already live and till now the device has bagged various certifications- Bluetooth SIG, WiFi Alliance, Nemko, FCC, Google Play Console, and BIS.
Ahead of its rumored launch, Galaxy A06 5G has now made its appearance on the SDPPI certification website with model number SM-A066B.
The database does not reveal much about the device but it does hint towards the imminent global launch of the smartphone.
Recently the complete specs and pricing details of the Indian variant were revealed online as per which the device is pointed out to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor (2.4GHz; 6nm) with 463K AnTuTu score, Android 15 operating system, four years of promised OS upgrades (up to Android 19) and security updates, One UI 7.0, three storage options (4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, & 6GB/128GB), up to 1.5TB expandable storage support, 6.7″ HD+ PLS LCD 90Hz display, 50MP(main) + 2MP(depth) dual rear camera system, 8MP front-facing camera, 5000 mAh battery, 25W wired fast charging, twelve 5G bands, WiFi 5, Samsung Knox Vault, side-mounted fingerprint reader, mono speaker with Dolby Atmos, 8mm thickness (dimension – 167.3 x 77.3 x 8.0 mm), 191 gm weight, and an IP54-rated body.
Galaxy A06 5G is revealed to be made available in three storage options of 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, and 6GB/128GB with respective list prices of INR 12,499 (with INR 364 discount), INR 13,999 (with INR 408 discount), and INR 15,499 (with INR 451 discount). The device is said to have three color choices Blue Black, Light Gray, and Light Green as well.
